A wonderful week of yoga and sunshine with like-minded colleagues. Meditate, practise, discuss and breathe yoga in a totally supportive environment at the Château du Fraissinet.
Take a turn to lead a session, grow your confidence, learn new styles and expand your yoga knowledge by sharing and practising with yogis on your level. Mats, blocks, belts and bolsters all available on site to borrow and use. We have lots of fun too!
All teachers welcome.
