A relaxing and energising Wednesday - Sunday retreat with resident British Wheel of Yoga teacher Alison Burns. The retreat is open to everyone who has some experience of yoga and wants to deepen their practice while enjoying fun and sunshine at a beautiful château in the south of France.
You can expect mindful yoga and relaxation that increases your confidence and gives you the space to reflect and to be yourself.
Other activities at this stunning venue include hiking in the hills, swimming in the pool, meditating by the river, kayaking on the river Cèze, paddle-boarding on the local lake, visiting the nearby market or chilling in the shade of the ancient plane trees.
The retreat is about you so everything is optional. Simply choose from the activities on offer to create a mix that leaves you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to get the most out of every single day.
Morning meditation: 8am - 8.25am
Morning Yoga: 8.30am - 10am
Evening Yoga: 5.30pm - 6.30pm
The theme for 2019 is Exploring the Chakras: postures and mediation to stimulate the Chakra centres. We will reflect on how working actively with these energies and becoming more aware of them in our daily lives and our yoga practice can help us to feel more energised, balanced and complete.
